Shipping & Delivery
How and when Wonder Bazar dispatches and delivers your order across India, including charges, timelines and tracking.
We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners (Shiprocket network). Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Dispatch time
Most in-stock orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of confirmation. During festive periods or large drops, dispatch may take a little longer — we will keep you posted on WhatsApp.
Delivery time
Once shipped, metro addresses typically receive delivery in 3–5 business days and the rest of India in 5–8 business days. Remote PIN codes can take longer and depend on the courier serving your area.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping fee is shown in your cart before payment. Selected products carry free shipping — this is marked on the product and reflected automatically at checkout. The exact, all-inclusive amount is always visible before you pay; there are no hidden charges.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel ships we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp, and you can follow it any time from Your account → Orders. You will also get WhatsApp updates when the order is shipped, out for delivery and delivered.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders and PIN codes. Some orders may require a small advance to confirm, with the balance collected on delivery — the split, if any, is shown clearly at checkout.
